City of Chicago (2010), which held that state and local laws restricting the right to bear arms violate the Second Amendment, and Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization (2023), which overturned the Court’s earlier recognition of a constitutional right to abortion in Roe v. Wade (1973).
