Chott El-Chergui

Chott El-Chergui, shallow saline lake or salt flat in the High Plateaus (Hauts Plateaux) of the Atlas Mountains in northwestern Algeria. It is about 100 miles (160 km) long and has no outlet; its area varies depending upon precipitation.
