Tabberabberan orogeny

Tabberabberan orogeny, a mountain-building event in eastern Australia during the Devonian Period (416 million to 359 million years ago). Orogenic activity was accompanied by the intrusion of crystalline igneous rocks in a north–south belt within the Tasman Geosyncline.
