The Ladies Professional Golf Association’s (LPGA) Evian Championship begins on September 10 at the Evian Resort Golf Club in Évian-les-Bains, France. A field featuring 2015 money-leader Park In-Bee, as well as all-time greats Juli Inkster and Karrie Webb, will strive to capture the last major title of the 2015 LPGA season. Formerly known as the Evian Masters, the tournament was first held in 1994 and was elevated to the status of an LPGA major as one of the tour’s five most prestigious annual events in 2013. Sweden’s Helen Alfredsson has captured the most Evian titles, with three career victories (although none of those wins came when the tournament was a major championship).
