Oscar Swahn was 60 years old when he competed in his first Olympic Games in 1908. He won two golds and a bronze in various deer shooting events (don’t worry, they weren’t real deer). Four years later he won gold again in a team shooting event, becoming the oldest Olympic champion ever. He earned silver in 1920 at the age of 72, the oldest Olympian to earn a medal.
